Deb Ramlal

Deb Ramlal is a 30-year Business and Data Analyst who has built her career on helping organizations bridge the gap between executive leadership teams and the technical squads driving systems behind the scenes. With experience analyzing hundreds of businesses and dataflows across multiple industries, she has developed a unique ability to uncover hidden inefficiencies and transform them into streamlined operations that boost both productivity and profitability. Hailey White is a Calgary-born entrepreneur and co-founder of Indivity Marketing, where she combines sharp business strategy with innovative creativity to design systems that drive sustainable growth. An Honors graduate of SAIT’s Business Administration program, she is recognized for her ability to merge structured processes with fresh ideas, helping healthcare practices and e-commerce brands scale in ways that are both efficient and imaginative. Katrina White

Katrina White is a co-founder of Indivity Marketing with her twin sister and a Calgary-based entrepreneur recognized for her creative vision and ability to connect businesses with their audiences.
